Weekly Rundown 10.12.08

What a great Sunday! I had the opportunity to teach today as we closed out our Hostage series. I love to preach but it’s an area God is stretching me in. I got about 2 hours of sleep Sunday morning in anticipation for this message.
We had several families out today with most of our schools on fall break. We were short several guys on our set up and tear down teams and the guys who were there stepped up in a big way. We could not do ministry every week without this team showing up to set up and it is hard work. We have the best volunteers on the planet!!
Speaking of fall, after spending 3 years in Detroit, I LOVE Georgia’s weather!!!
I am convinced there are thousands of people in our community that are unchurched and there is a lot of work to be done.
We start a new series next Sunday called Dirty Jobs. This is going to be a great series! Invite a friend and join us next Sunday.
I spent the day with my family at a local petting zoo. I love my wife and two daughters!! They give me more joy in life than I deserve. My girls are growing up faster than I want them to.
